§ 5-3. Public servants authorized to issue appearance tickets.

Public servants of the Village of Woodbury are hereby authorized to issue and serve appearance tickets with respect to violations of state statutes, local laws, ordinances, rules or regulations of the Village of Woodbury that such public servants are, respectively, required or authorized to enforce, pursuant to the Code of the Village of Woodbury.
